Return Policy
Effective 5.17.21
All returns must be made within five days of receiving the purchase.
We will only offer store credit for all returns. We will not refund to your original method of payment.
All items purchased on Comment Sold are eligible for Comment Sold credit. Purchases made in person  can be returned to the mobile boutique for in store credit or exchange.
If you are not sure about your size, please reach out to one of us BEFORE placing your order to avoid the need for a return or exchange.
Colors/patterns are not always going to be 100% accurate and will vary in person.  We do strive the do the BEST we can in terms of pictures, measurements/fit and descriptions.
All returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.  Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached.  If the items appear worn, have makeup or stains, pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return will NOT be accepted.
All clearance items are FINAL and no returns or store credit allowed.
Please be assured that your purchases will ship out within 1-2 business days.  Please note that holidays and weekends are NOT included in processing or shipping times.
If you need to return and item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will contact you with further instructions. All returns must be returned back within 5 days of shipped date in the same condition it was received.
