We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help under the following guidelines:
1. Return Window
• Full-priced items: Return within 14 days of purchase.
• Sale or discounted items: Final sale, no returns or exchanges.
2. Item Condition
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
• Shoes/accessories must include original packaging.
3. Refunds
• Issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
• Available for size/color changes of the same item.
• If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
• To exchange: Return the item and place a new order.
5. How to Return
• Email sales@itspersonalboutique.com with your order number and items to return.
• Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
6. Non-returnable Items
• Gift cards, beauty products, personalized/custom items.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
• Contact us immediately for a refund or replacement.
8. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or a shipping error occurred.
